Philosophy of the manufacturer:
The proverbial quality of the coffee is the pride and promise of the manufacturer Amann. Several generations of experience and innovation have made Amann coffee what it is today. The family-run business specialises in excellent quality blends. This feeling for coffee, combined with personal commitment, guarantees unique quality in every composition. The Amann family attaches great importance to knowing where the beans for their high-quality coffee come from. They work closely with small regional producers from Brazil and Colombia. They attach great importance to controlled cultivation and limited cultivation quantities, which is important for a natural care of the plants. Again and again they visit the coffee plantations in Africa to get an impression of the work on site. Soil climate and type of processing allow the taste to vary greatly. Therefore, the mixture of the ingredients is the secret to success.
