With the Milky Pasteurizer you can turn cream into tasty cheese or yogurt in no time. The multi-purpose kettle is the perfect all-rounder for small businesses, direct marketers and the home. Made of durable stainless steel, this 15 liter cheese & yogurt maker can also pasteurize and sterilize fruit, fruit juices or the like. Besides treating milk & dairy products, the pasteurizer is also suitable for heating calf milk, re-liquefying honey, making honey wax, etc. True to the motto "small but mighty", the Mini Pasteurizer has been carefully developed in Austria, and constant quality controls ensure a remarkably high quality of workmanship.

The operation of the Milky Pasteurizer is child's play: the water temperature (up to max. 99 °C) is set according to the desired end product, at the same time the production time is indicated on the electronic control. Thanks to a 2,8 kW heating element, your cow's, sheep's or goat's milk is heated from approx. 4 °C to max. 90 °C germ-free in approx. 1 ¼ hours. The outer boiler is made of one piece and has a special internal insulation. The extra-thin walls and an electronic heating control ensure enormous energy and heating cost savings with the new LE effect (Low Energy Effect).

Application:

  1. Fasten outlet hose with a screw clamp.
  2. Insert inlet tube into the hole on the edge.
  3. Fill pasteurizer with water up to "MAX" mark.
  4. Fill the milk container and place it in the pasteurizer.
  5. Put the thermometer into the lid, fix it and fix the container with the help of the fixing hook.
  6. Put the outlet tube into the sink and insert the plug.
  7. Set temperature and time for pasteurization (room temperature 22 °C).
  8. When the heating water reaches the set temperature, the pasteurizer keeps it for the set time.
  9. When the time "0" is reached, the pasteurizer goes to stand-by and gives a short signal.
  10. Connect the inlet hose to the water tap and turn on the cold water to cool down the milk.
  11. After some time the milk is cooled down. The time for this depends on the water temperature.

Note: The term "cream" always refers to sweet whipped cream. There is also sour cream, which is cream with added lactic acid bacteria. This has a slightly sour taste. Crème fraîche and sour cream are higher fat varieties of sour cream.
