ELMAG power take-off generator for tractors - the low-cost and low-maintenance solution for your agriculture and forestry.
The power take-off generator produces quality electricity with the PTO drive of a tractor. It is an ideal supply solution for agriculture, forestry, horticulture, construction and municipal enterprises for external operation of electric machines, water and lifting pumps, motors of construction machines, conveyor belts, hay blowers, etc. The power take-off generator also serves as an Emergency generator for house and farm, cold storage rooms, milk cooling, milking, butter, feeding and heating systems and much more.
The PTO generator is equipped with an AVR Control, for powering hard-to-start motors and electronic consumers (e.g. milking robots, etc.). It offers a simple and safe switching from field operation (with direct connection of the consumers) to house operation (with feeding into the house network). Insulation monitoring is activated during field operation and deactivated during domestic operation. You have full control from the tractor thanks to large analog displays for voltage, amperage, current frequency and operating hours counter.
Thanks to IP 44 protection class and insulation monitoring installed as standard insulation monitoring the power take-off unit can also be used in damp environments or in the rain. The use of a grounding spike is not required. The insulation monitoring and the emergency stop also provide high protection against electric shock due to insulation faults or short circuit.
The highest protection of sensitive loads against over- and undervoltage is provided by the adjustable voltage monitoring. The tolerance ranges min/max ±1-18% and an alarm time range of 1-10s are adjustable via a speed controller. If the limits are exceeded, the current is automatically switched off. The extremely robust unit, protected all around with a tubular frame, is equipped with a three-point suspension for quick attachment to the power lift of tractors.
