The Bucas Sun Shower is a lightweight rain rug that is an excellent alternative to warm, heavy horse rugs with filling. The Sun Shower offers optimal protection from rain and sun rays at the same time.
The light waterproof and breathable material in a sun-reflective colour (silver) protects the horse not only from the penetration of moisture but also from overheating. The special mesh lining also ensures optimum air circulation.
The temperature range of the Bucas Sun Shower rain rug is between 10°C and 20°C. This is the recommended temperature range of the Bucas Sun Shower. This range is the manufacturer's recommended range. However, the actual suitable range depends on many factors such as sun, humidity, wind and horse activity. For colder days, this rain rug without filling can be combined with a sweat rug or with a lined underblanket.
