Instructions for returning an order

Would you like to return your order to us? Here you will find all information about the return process.

Return in case of cancellation

Within 30 days of receipt of the order, you can return new goods to us without giving a reason. For the return of packages, you will receive a free return label from us by e-mail so that you do not have to pay anything for the return. However, the return costs for a forwarding delivery are to be borne by the buyer. The items must be complete, must not show any signs of use and must be returned in the original packaging. If you want to exchange the item or want something else instead, please order again.

Return in case of defect

If one of the delivered items has a defect or defect, please contact us in advance by email or telephone. We will help you quickly and strive to find a satisfactory solution!

Procedure of return

  • Registering the return: Contact us by email and register the return. We will immediately send you a link for the return label. With this you can send your package back to us free of charge.
  • Pack the item: Put the item and the deliverynote with the reason for return in the original box and stick the return label clearly visible on the sealed package. If necessary, secure the item(s) well with filling material.
  • Send return: Hand in the package at the nearest Post/DHL/DPD parcel shop. 

Note: Please keep the parcel label or the shipping confirmation so that we can contact the responsible transport service in the event of any problems.


As soon as we have scanned the package as a return, you will receive brief information by email. The purchase amount will be refunded to you immediately. We ask for your understanding that the refund - depending on the number of returns - can take up to 14 days.
