Instructions for returning an order

Would you like to return your order within 30 days?

You can return new goods to us within 30 days of receiving your order without giving a reason. Please register your return in our returns portal. We will provide you with a free return label for parcels so that you do not have to pay for the return.

However, the return costs for a forwarding agent delivery are to be borne by the buyer.

Pack the goods

Make sure that the items are well packed so that they are not damaged during transport.

Don't forget the return label

Place the return label that you received when filling out the online form in your parcel.

Print out your pre-paid return label

After registering your return, you will receive an email with further information on how to obtain your free return label.

Send the parcel

Stick the return label clearly visible on your parcel and take it to the nearest post office or parcel station.

Important: The items must be complete, must not show any signs of use and must be returned in the original packaging. If you would like to exchange the item, please place a new order independently of the return.

Note: Please keep the parcel label or dispatch confirmation so that we can contact the responsible transport service in the event of any problems.

Is your product defective or damaged?

If one of the delivered items has a defect or fault, please contact us in advance by e-mail or telephone. We will help you quickly and endeavour to find a fast and satisfactory solution!

Refund

As soon as the parcel has been scanned by us as a return, you will receive a short notification by e-mail. The purchase amount will be refunded immediately. We ask for your understanding that the refund may take up to 14 days, depending on the number of returns.
