Providing proof

You can easily identify whether proof is required by the corresponding notice. On the product detail page, we clearly indicate if a Proof of Expertise is necessary. This allows you to see before purchasing whether additional requirements must be met.

If a Proof of Expertise is required, please upload it directly during the ordering process using the designated upload field. As valid proof, we accept either an appropriate certificate of expertise or another confirmation authorizing you to use these products. Uploading the document during checkout enables fast and smooth processing of your order.
