The Aesculap Econom shearing blades are available for horse and cattle shearing, as well as for sheep shearing. The blades are suitable for the Shearing machines Econom, II, CL, NOVA, Equipe and Bonum. Due to the production from special Aesculap-Carbon-Steel the cutting inserts have a significantly higher cutting capacity than conventional cutting sets. The good processing quality of the Aesculap CNC machining centers guarantees a consistently high quality. The top and bottom plates of the Aesculap shear heads are milled and profile ground. The high-end surface finishing provides a high level of corrosion protection. This makes the cutting sets very durable, can be ground several times and optimally suited for professional use in agriculture.

Care instructions:

To ensure optimum life of the shearing head, regular and proper care is important. Clean the cutting plate with a soft cloth or brush. When doing so, make sure that the gaps between the teeth are clean. To prevent corrosion when using disinfectant, dry the shaving head thoroughly.

After drying, oil the clipper heads with special clipper oil (GT604). The shearing blades are before each use with the shearing head mounted oil. During the work every 5-10 minutes to oil. After oiling, let the machine idle for a few seconds so that the oil is well distributed and not transferred to the hair of the animal. With proper maintenance and care, the durability of the clipper blades can be increased up to 20%. Also the regrinding can be delayed.
