The mill Leimüller - tradition since 1609
In the Edtmühle of the Leimüller family, grain has been ground into flour since 1609. With the help of the hydroelectric power of the Satzenbach, environmentally friendly electricity is generated with which the mill is operated. The mill was modernized in 2005 according to the latest technical challenges.
The Edtmühle is one of the last mills that still produces in the state of Salzburg.
The gentle grinding process
In the grinding process, the flour body is separated from the shell as gently as possible. The inside of the grain is then crushed and sieved several times. This is how the flour is made. Free of any additives. Made from high quality Austrian grain.
Rye and wheat flour products are produced in the Leimüller mill. They consist exclusively of grain. The high quality is characterized by naturalness, gentle grinding and regional grain from Austria.
