The pre-cooled cream is reheated to a temperature of 12 °C to 14 °C. The cream bowl of the butter churn may be filled to no more than the agitator. The longer the buttering time - the better the butter quality. The butter is ready in 20 to 35 minutes, depending on the speed. After draining the buttermilk, the butter is washed with cold water. If the outlet tap is left open, the butter can already be pre-kneaded with the machine. Then the butter is kneaded in portions with wet hands and washed again and again until the last bit of buttermilk has been kneaded out of the butter. The individual portions are filled into a wet butter model, it is important that there are no air holes. Then cool down the butter and churn it out of the butter model. The thin 1.2 mm wall between the second and third chambers enables very good heat transfer of the temperature of the heating water to the medium, thus saving high energy and heating costs (low energy effect). The special, electronic heating control ensures that the heating water temperature is only max. 15 °C higher than the medium temperature. For this reason, the deviation between display and medium temperature is max. +/- 1 °C, which also saves the energy and heating costs. Very helpful is the water level control sensor, which shows the message "Please refill water" on the display, if the boiler has too little heating water (e.g.: due to escaped water vapor). If the device has an existing connection to the water pipe, pressing the "RESET" button will automatically refill heating water. In case of repeated water loss, an automatic STOP is performed to check the cause. With the electronic control you can select up to 4 different programs. The temperature setting gives the possibility to set up to 4 temperatures from 5 °C to 94 °C, up to 4 cycle times can be programmed to 999 minutes. It is also possible to pre-program and automate several consecutive production processes, thus no presence is required. Manual intervention is nevertheless possible at any time. Mode of operation: The boiler heats up until the temperature control reaches the desired temperature, this is then maintained until the end of the cycle time.
