Information on the authenticity of customer reviews

All customer reviews on our Agrarzone webshop are checked for authenticity. In this way we ensure that only real reviews from real customers who have actually bought the product and can judge it can be found in our shop.

How are customer reviews verified?

Each consumer review is checked for authenticity before it is published to ensure that ratings only come from consumers who have actually purchased/used the rated products. The check is carried out by only enabling the rating to be submitted after you have logged into a registered customer account through which a purchase was made.
