Cat Food: Dry Food, Wet Food and Tasty Snacks for Your Cat

Good food is the foundation of a healthy life for your cat. Here you'll find carefully selected dry and wet food as well as tasty treats.

Cat Food: Selected for Everyday Cat Life

Cats are carnivores and have clear demands when it comes to their food. A high-quality cat food provides animal protein, fat, vitamins and minerals in a form your cat actually enjoys eating. In our small, deliberately curated food corner you'll find dry food, wet food in trays and tins, and snacks for rewarding your cat. That makes it easy to give your cat a varied diet.

Wet, dry or both?

Many cats naturally drink very little. Wet food has a high moisture content and helps to cover part of their fluid needs. Dry food is practical, easy to portion and stays fresh in the bowl for longer. If you mainly feed dry food, always make sure your cat has fresh water, ideally in several places around your home. Many owners combine both types of food and adjust the total amount so that their cat's weight stays stable.

Snacks in moderation

Cat snacks are ideal as a reward, during training or simply as a little treat in between. But they contain calories too. So count treats as part of the daily ration and take the same amount off the main meals. That way your cat stays slim and agile. Indoor cats in particular, who move around less, can otherwise quickly put on a little too much weight, which is much harder to lose again later.

Frequently asked questions

Is wet food or dry food better for my cat?
Both can be a complete diet. Wet food also adds moisture to the diet, while dry food is practical and easy to store. What matters is that your cat drinks enough and her weight stays stable.

How do I switch my cat to a new food?
Over about a week, mix the new food into the usual one step by step and slowly increase its share. This gives the digestion time to adjust. If your cat eats nothing at all for more than a day, please speak to your vet.

How often a day should my cat eat?
By nature, cats prefer several small meals. Two to four meals spread across the day suit most adult cats well. Kittens need small portions more often, as their stomachs are still small and they are growing fast.

Food for Your Cat

Our food range is compact and carefully chosen. A practical basis is Dry Food, which is easy to portion and stays fresh in the bowl. A bowl of fresh water should always go with it. Moister and particularly tasty for many cats is Wet Food, which also provides extra fluid and is a real help for cats that drink little. For rewards, training and little moments of affection in between, you'll find Cat Snacks in various meat and fish flavours. Simply count the snacks as part of the daily ration and your cat will stay slim. Whether you choose one type of food or combine them depends on your cat's preferences and your daily routine.
