Aesculap Clipper Head for Econom with Shearing Blade Set

The shearing head with top plate and bottom plate from Aesculap is compatible with the Aesculap Econom shearing machines II, CL, NOVA and NOVA CL. The special shearing blades are made of very high-quality and low-wear carbon steel. This makes it possible to resharpen the blades several times. The shearing blades also convince with even and long-lasting cutting quality.

Care instructions:

To ensure the optimum life of the shearing head, regular and correct care is important. Clean the cutting plate with a soft cloth or brush. Make sure that the gaps between the teeth are clean. To prevent corrosion when using disinfectant, dry the shaving head thoroughly.

After drying, oil the clipper heads with special clipper oil (GT604). The shearing blades must be oiled before each use with the shearing head mounted. During work, oil every 5-10 minutes. After oiling, let the machine idle for a few seconds so that the oil can spread well and is not transferred to the animal's hair. With proper maintenance and care, the durability of the clipper blades can be increased by up to 20%. Regrinding can also be delayed.
