Aesculap Shearing blade for Sheep Clipper Econom
With the Aesculap shearing blades, even cutting thick wool is no problem! 100% Made in Germany.
These upper and lower blades from Aesculap are compatible with the Aesculap Econom shearing machines II, CL, NOVA and NOVA CL. The special shearing blades are made of very high quality and low-wear carbon steel. This makes it possible to regrind the blades several times. The shear blades also convince with uniform and long-lasting cut quality.
Care instructions:
To ensure optimal life of the shearing head, regular and proper care is important. Clean the cutting plate with a soft cloth or brush. When doing so, make sure that the gaps between the teeth are clean. To prevent corrosion when using disinfectant, dry the shaving head thoroughly.
After drying, oil the clipper heads with special clipper oil (GT604). The shearing blades are before each use with the shearing head mounted oil. During the work every 5-10 minutes to oil. After oiling, let the machine idle for a few seconds so that the oil is well distributed and not transferred to the hair of the animal. With proper maintenance and care, the durability of the clipper blades can be increased up to 20%. Also the regrinding can be delayed.
