The SnapOn shearing heads are made of high-strength special steel and guarantee a beautiful and clean cut. Due to the stable material, repeated regrinding is possible when the blades become dull.

The shearing heads from Heiniger are available in different cutting lengths and variants. With shearing heights from 0,2 to 9,5 mm the right shearing head is available for every need. Some models are also available in the F-variant. The F stands for an even finer cutting result.

In addition, you can attach attachment combs to the clipper blades. This makes them even flexieasier to use. Heiniger Saphir shear heads are suitable for the Heiniger Saphir shearing machine. The stainless steel shear heads are also compatible with shearing machines from Andis, Moser, Oster and Wahl.

Care instructions:

To ensure optimum life of the clipper head, regular and proper care is important. Clean the cutting plates with a soft cloth or brush. When doing so, make sure that the gaps between the teeth are clean. To prevent corrosion when using disinfectant, dry the shaving head thoroughly.

After drying, oil the clipper heads with clipper oil. The shearing blades are before each use with the shearing head mounted oil. During the work every 5-10 minutes to oil.

After oiling, let the machine idle for a few seconds so that the oil can be well distributed and not transferred to the hair of the animal. With proper maintenance and care, the durability of the shaving heads can be increased up to 20%. Also the regrinding can be delayed.
