Safety stirrups act like the conventional stirrups, with the added feature that in the event of a fall or an accident, the foot does not get caught in the stirrup and slides out of the stirrup as quickly as possible. This prevents bad accidents.
The safety stirrups from BUSSE have a flexible outside. This would release the rubber in the event of a fall and the foot would not get caught in the stirrup. If necessary, the rubber can be replaced when it is old or worn, thus providing new protection.
