AKO Pasture fence 12-volt battery-powered devices:
The 12-volt cordless devices of the brand AKO convince strong performance even for fences with heavier vegetation. 12-volt battery devices are the optimal solution for very robust animals, long fences or fences with overgrowth, when a 230V connection is not available. The discharge energy is comparable to mains units ( approx. 0.5 joules to approx. 5 joules output). Rechargeable 12 volt batteries are used as the power source and need to be recharged after about 2-4 weeks depending on the type of device, leidtioning requirements and battery type. A good addition are solar panels, which convert solar energy into electricity and thus permanently recharge the 12-volt battery. All our 12 volt devices have a deep discharge protection, which helps you to maintain the performance of the 12 volt battery.
