The weatherproof box trap / life trap made of metal is the effective solution for catching rats and larger rodents.

The bottom plate of the box trap is made of galvanized sheet steel, which not only provides high stability, but also an excellent weather resistance in outdoor use. The metal bottom plate also prevents the absorption of odors by rodent excretions, even with repeated use of the live trap.

The trap body and the lockable rear wall are made of sturdy, galvanized wire mesh with corrosion protection to ensure many years of outdoor use. The baited hook, locking mechanism and carrying handle are also made of galvanized iron wire to ensure sturdiness and durability.

The box trap has an optimized sheet metal rocker release mechanismwhich allows a gentle live capture of rats and larger rodents such as dormice or weasels. The Mechanism is designed without so that the risk of injury is minimized.
