This newly developed hygienic valve with its "lid mechanism" reduces disease-bearing germs and can improve the health of your calves. This newly developed hygienic valve with its “lid mechanism” uses a lid in the valve instead of a ball check valve and therefore can be easily cleaned with any appropriate round brush. The intake manifold is removable, meaning that there are no inaccessible corners when cleaning the valve, and angled pieces can also be cleaned.Similarly, the teat is easy to remove because of the use of a bayonet-lock. The cleaned teat and bayonet ring are positioned on the so-called drying aid (a small plastic component which plugs into the side of the feeder handles) and is thus kept in optimal condition.

The calf box single can be free-standing and can be set up quickly and easily by one person. The 3 panels and the front element can be easily connected to quickly create a new single calf pen. If necessary, individual boxes can also be connected for group housing by removing one side panel and connecting the boxes with the locking bars.
Assembly and disassembly of the modular calf box are as simple as they are quick. The handles on the panels are large enough to allow them to be to be lined up on a pallet fork. The new unique stacking system enables space-saving sorting and storage of the panels, including the door element.
Each panel of the calf box single is made of robust Ppastic with stiffening beads which ensures a long service life. The surfaces are smooth and therefore easy and thorough cleaning.
The side walls of the calf box are equipped with a social contact opening which allows the calf to make contact with other calves. The front element has a swing-through revolving door and a fixed feeding area that is ideal for teaching calves to suckle.
