Shearing blade set Premium for PowerCut, Constanta, FarmClipper High quality shearing blade set made of selected tool steel for a clean shearing result. The Premium shearing blade set is suitable for many common shearing machines such as the Agrarzone Powercut, Kerbl FarmClipper, Kerbl Constanta and other common shearing machines from Heiniger, Aesculap & Liscup. The optimised blade geometry and the selected tool steel with special hardening ensure an exact cutting pattern and a long service life. Care instructions: To ensure the optimum life of the clipper blades, regular and correct care is important. Clean the cutting plates with a soft cloth or brush. Make sure that the gaps between the teeth are clean. To prevent corrosion when using disinfectant, dry the shaving head thoroughly. After drying, oil the clipper heads with clipper oil. The shearing blades must be oiled before each use with the shearing head mounted. During work, the clipper blades must be oiled every 5 - 10 minutes. After oiling, let the machine idle for a few seconds so that the oil can spread well and is not transferred to the animal's hair. With proper maintenance and care, the durability of the shaving heads can be increased by up to 20%. Regrinding can also be delayed.
