Many uses of EUTRA Tetina milking grease:

EUTRA milking grease is used for animals, but is also ideal for human skin. Farmers who use EUTRA Udder Care when milking, like to use it for their own skin and rub their hands with it. This effectively protects against water and cold. Over time, the milking grease was therefore not only used for milking hygiene and animal care, but also for cosmetic and dermatological skin care. Last but not least, the protective properties were also recognized by the industry and so the milking grease is even used as a lubricant for numerous technical applications.

  • Udder care for animals - protects against sores and cares for the udder
  • Human skin - protects against water and cold
  • Lubricant for numerous technical uses
  • Leather care

Eutra milking grease for humans

The farmers use milking grease for udder care and for treating minor injuries to their animals. Farmers soon realized, that the milking grease is extremely useful for themselfes too. With chapped lips, hands and very dry skin, the milking grease works wonders. It was also discovered that the calming properties also help to reduce stretch marks and even psoriasis. With this knowledge from practice, the milking fat was gradually used in cosmetics and dermatology. The milking fat is also highly valued by athletes such as divers, cyclists and skiers, in short in all areas in which the skin is stressed.

Eutra milking grease for machines

The milking grease was also used after the milking machine was introduced. On the one hand to keep the udder dried out by the constant suction of the machine smooth and healthy, and on the other hand to let the milking cup stick better to the teats and to keep rubber parts elastic. Milking grease has established itself as an ideal all-purpose lubricant. Rubber seals on car doors are kept elastic, cables can be pulled in easily and pipes are easily put together using milking grease. In addition to these applications, milking grease is also often used for leather care (shoes, saddles, bridles, and much more), lubrication of pipe connections, preservation of wood and metal, lubrication of roller door guides and sliding windows, seals and much more.

Further information on Eutra Tetina Udder Care:

Eutra Udder Care is very well known in agriculture and was developed in 1882 by the Swiss pharmacist and chemist Adolphe Panchaud. Adolphe was looking for an alternative to the non-sterile fats (pork lard, clarified butter, other ointments) that were common in animal breeding at that time. Based on a special mixture of purified mineral oils, he worked out a recipe for an aseptic, sterile, odorless and durable milking grease. The resulting milking grease not only keeps the teats supple. The balm also protects the udders of the animals because it forms a continuous film of fat that prevents the formation of cracks and diseases. The milking grease soon became a huge success and established itself on the market as a simple and ingenious product. Since then, the milking fat has facilitated the everyday life of the animal breeders, improved the milking hygiene and the well-being of the animals and at the same time optimized the milk production.
