Wheat is one of the best-known cereals, along with oats, barley and maize. It contains healthy carbohydrates, protein, fat, minerals and a considerable amount of vitamins B and E. The ground cereal grain is a very good addition to your feed for chickens, ducks, birds, horses, sheep, goats, pigs or small pets such as rabbits & rodents. The wheat grist is also suitable for the production of cooked or sprouted feed or for processing into laying meal.

Due to the grain size, the wheat meal is much more digestible and easier to digest than whole wheat grains. Thanks to the better digestion, the digestive system is less stressed and the feed is better absorbed.

The high-quality single feed is carefully produced at the traditional Leimüller mill in Austria. Naturally selected raw materials and strict quality control are just as important to the family business as sourcing the natural product from the region. Feeding advice:

Wheat contains a lot of starch and should therefore only be added to the basic feed as a supplement. Depending on the species, a maximum of 15 % of the basic feed can be replaced by wheat. Ensure a balanced nutrient supply and intake of protein, vitamins and trace elements.

11.8% crude protein, 1.8% crude oils and fats, 2.6% crude fibre, 2% crude ash

Storage:

Store the feedstuff hygienically, dry, dark and cool. Protect from direct sunlight.
