Cow Brush HAPPYCOW MaxiSwing – automatic, safe, and low-maintenance
With the HAPPYCOW MaxiSwing cow brush, your cattle can clean and groom their coats independently. The special arrangement of the brush in a vertical, pendular shape makes it easier to clean the coat from head to rump. The scratching brush is accessible from all sides and turns in almost every direction and angle, reaching almost every part of the animal's body. A practical advantage of this design: animals jumping on the machine, which can happen with horizontally designed brushes, is impossible with this model.
The HAPPYCOW MaxiSwing is automatically activated by the animals slightly deflecting the brush. The optimized contact weight ensures animal-friendly use. To guarantee even wear of the polypropylene bristles, the brush changes its direction of rotation after every activation. The brush running time can be flexibly set between 10 and 300 seconds. The control unit features a highly visible display that provides information on the current operating status.
The cow brush was developed and produced by Kerbl. The intelligent electronics and the permanent lubrication of the gear ensure a long-lasting and low-maintenance operation. For the necessary safety in the barn, a torque-dependent safety shutdown is integrated, which stops the brush if there is too much resistance. All steel parts are hot-dip galvanized and thus perfectly equipped for everyday barn life.

Sie ist super, aber
Also die bürste ist perfekt die kälber spielen den ganzen tag damit die kühe werden perfekt gebürstet. Wenn eine etwas aggressiver vorgeht ist das kein problem denn sie schwenkt ja aus, also Abmessungen und Aufbau ist meines Erachtens sehr gut gelungen.
Montage war auch sehr einfach und relativ gut beschrieben.
Nun nur ein Punkt der bei der Montage aufgefallen ist. Auf der äußeren seite hält die Bürste mit dem Bolzen das gewicht dann wird sie hierbei auch gesichtert. Nun aber der eine Stern Abzug.
Der bolzen steht dann nicht durch die 2te Halterung sondern wird dort von einer schraube gesichert. Dadurch hängt das Gewicht auf der Innenseite auf der Schraube. Durch die Toleranzen in der Konstruktion muss man dann zur Sicherungsblatt Montage entweder die Bürste vorher anheben beim festziehn und dann schnell das sicherungsblatt anbringen.
Oder man bohrt eines der 3 löcher größer was das zink zerstört und im Stall nicht super ist. Wir haben die Bürste angehoben es hat zwar die kleine m6 sicherungsschraube verbogen aber das war uns dan egal halten tut alles perfekt.
Eine wirklich sehr gute Bürste, unsere (nun) frisierten Tiere lieben sie.
