It consists of 100% natural fir and spruce needles with small wood particles and creates a soft, springy surface that perfectly mimics the natural habitat of your rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens, and horses. Thanks to its extremely high absorbency, it binds moisture and odors effectively and ensures a pleasant stable and enclosure climate for a long time.

For optimal effectiveness, lay a layer at least 10 cm high – higher is even better. After one to two weeks, the surface sinks about 5 cm, so regular refilling is important.

Its remarkable durability is particularly practical: the bedding lasts up to six months or longer in the enclosure, as a firm mat forms in the lower layer that remains in place and does not need to be replaced. You can regularly loosen the top layer so that urine can seep down. Maintenance is easy – remove dirt daily, refill every two weeks, and replace only about 20% every three months. Even wet bedding can be dried and reused.
