A pasture fence tester is indispensable for daily fence checks. With this 8-step fence tester you get a quick overview of the condition of your fence. The tester is also excellent for checking the pasture fence energiser. To measure the voltage on the fence, insert the metal rod into the ground and hold the tip of the tester against the fence. The fence tester shows the voltage from 1.000 to 10.000 volts in 8 steps by means of 8 lights. In order to herd your animals optimally, a minimum herding voltage of 2.000 volts should be applied to the fence.
