We use Artificial Intelligence in our daily work to streamline processes and keep our online shop up-to-date for you. Because open communication is important to us, we objectively show you here where we use AI tools as aids.
Where AI makes our work easier
With our large product range, a lot of data and texts are generated daily. Artificial Intelligence helps us process these more efficiently. Specifically, we use it in the following areas:
Text Creation & Structuring
We use AI tools to create initial text drafts for product descriptions or guides, and to structure information clearly for you.
International Translations
The software supports us in translating content faster into other languages, allowing us to keep our international shops up-to-date for our customers abroad.
Image Generation & Optimization
For routine graphics tasks, tools help us adjust backgrounds, optimize image formats, or provide suitable supporting icons.
Customer Service Support
For written inquiries, we use AI support to help us answer emails faster. However, the suggested responses are always checked, adjusted, and approved by our team without exception before being sent.

Areas where we deliberately avoid AI
We use AI as a tool for tedious tasks, but not to fake things. Here we deliberately refrain from using Artificial Intelligence:
- Customer Reviews: All reviews and testimonials in our shop come from real buyers.
- Presentation of Properties: We do not alter product or animal photos to fake quality features that do not exist in reality.
- Legal Content: Terms and Conditions, privacy policies, prices, and safety-relevant product data are written and technically checked by ourselves.
Legal Framework
We orient ourselves to the currently applicable guidelines when using AI:
- EU AI Act (Regulation EU 2024/1689): Transparency obligations for AI systems (Art. 50).
- § 5 UWG (Unfair Competition Act): Prohibition of misleading commercial practices.
- GDPR Art. 13: Information obligations when collecting data.
