With Blue 9 silo film you get a cost-efficient solution. By eliminating the use of an underlay film, you save more than 60% time and the lower material consumption also reduces disposal costs by more than 50%. You get more usable silage by avoiding surface losses.

With Blue 9 Silage Film, you can save time and money as it performs the function of both silage film and underlayment film. Its suppleness and robustness make the use of an underlay film unnecessary. The Z-fold of this silo sheet facilitates and speeds up covering operations as well.

Its 9-layer construction includes a middle layer that forms an extreme oxygen barrier and is almost gas-tight. This results in an optimal fermentation process and perfectly stabilized silages. Recent testing by the German Agricultural Society (DLG) has confirmed an oxygen permeability of less than 3cm3/m2/24h, which is 99% below the DLG standard.

This silage film is guaranteed to be UV stable & temperature resistant for 18 months. This is guaranteed by the light blue top side. In addition, the silage is protected from light penetration by the black layer on the underside.

Blue 9 is also the world's first CO2 neutral silage film - its environmental impact is offset and CO2 emissions are compensated.
