Perilla Seed (also Shiso Seed or Japanese Cress) is a nutrient-rich supplementary food for many bird species. The high protein and omega-3 fatty acid content ensures a balanced nutrient supply for your birds all year round.

The oily seeds of the green black nettle are popular with many bird species, e.g. domestic wild & garden birds, ornamental birds, parakeets, parrots or pigeons. As the seeds are particularly soft and small, small birds and young animals also like to take the seeds.
