Produce fresh milk & cream products with the Milky multi-purpose FJ 100 PF Pasteurizer. With its 100 L capacity, the high-quality cheese, yogurt & multipurpose kettle is perfect for professional direct marketing of high-quality, homemade dairy products. The pasteurizer is not only suitable for milk treatment such as pasteurization, cheese production or yogurt production, but also as a calf milk warmer, for the production of fruit or fruit juices, honey wax and for the re-liquefaction of honey.

The special feature of this three-walled stainless steel boiler with a 90-liter capacity is its special design: The outer kettle is made of one piece, which avoids problems that can arise from welds. The insulation chamber has a wall thickness of 2.5 mm, thus offering the best insulation values and preventing heating of the outer wall and associated energy losses. The thin 1.2 mm wall between the second and third chambers enables very good heat transfer of the temperature of the heating water to the medium, thus saving high energy and heating costs (low energy effect). The special, electronic heating control ensures that the heating water temperature is only max. 15 °C higher than the medium temperature. For this reason, the deviation between display and medium temperature is max. +/- 1 °C, which also saves the energy and heating costs.

Very helpful is the water level control sensor, which shows the message "Please refill water" on the display, if the boiler has too little heating water (e.g.: due to escaped water vapor). If the device has an existing connection to the water pipe, pressing the "RESET" button will automatically refill heating water. In case of repeated water loss, an automatic STOP is performed to check the cause.

With the electronic control you can select up to 4 different programs. The temperature setting gives the possibility to set up to 4 temperatures from 5 °C to 94 °C, up to 4 cycle times can be programmed to 999 minutes. It is also possible to pre-program and automate several consecutive production processes, thus no presence is required. Manual intervention is nevertheless possible at any time.

Mode of operation:

The boiler heats up until the temperature control reaches the desired temperature, this is then maintained until the end of the cycle time. The process is terminated independently with an automatic shutdown. Automatic cooling by water exchange cools the medium to the desired temperature and the already pre-programmed next step of processing is started automatically. The agitator for the mixer operates at approx. 104 rpm and can be switched on or off at any time. At the end of the production process, the liquid product is discharged via the large DN 50 outlet.
