With the electric butter machine fj 55 you can easily make your own fresh butter from cream. With this powerful device, professional direct marketing is possible.

For one process this machine needs only between 20 and 35 minutes depending on cream temperature and fat content. To start churning, 10 to 25 liters of cream are poured into the stainless steel cream container, max. up to the agitator axis. The churning process can be followed through the unique, extra large viewing lid. When opening the viewing lid during operation, the automatic safety STOP accidents. Due to the multistage 750w, 230v motor shorter or longer churning times are possible. The buttermilk produced during churning is easily drained with the separate drain cock then the butter is washed and the high quality product is ready.

The agitator, the butter tank and the drain cock are made of food grade stainless steel. The material makes the machine easy to clean and hygienic.

Application:

  1. To make butter, the preparation of the cream is crucial, as this affects the taste, aroma and quality of the butter. Ideally, use 2-3 day old cream stored at 5°C - 8°C (in summer) or 8°C - 10°C (in winter). The cream can either be processed directly with a butter machine or pasteurized before processing. Pasteurization with a pasteurizer is recommended.
  2. The pre-cooled cream is reheated to a temperature of 12 °C - 14 °C. The cream container of the butter churn may be filled to no more than the agitator. The longer the buttering time, the better the quality of the final product. The butter is ready in 20 to 35 minutes, depending on the speed.
  3. After draining the buttermilk, the butter is washed with cold water. Then the butter is kneaded in portions with wet hands and washed again and again until the last bit of buttermilk is kneaded out of the butter. The individual portions are filled into wet butter models. It is important that no air holes are created. Then the individual butter portions are cooled and beaten out of the buttermodels.
