What temperature should the cream be?
The optimal temperature for the cream is between 12 °C and 15 °C. If the cream is too warm, the butter becomes greasy; if too cold, the process takes a very long time or doesn't work.
How long does churning take?
Depending on the fat content and temperature of the cream, the process in our machines takes about 20 to 35 minutes until the butter granules separate from the buttermilk.
How full can I fill the machine?
Fill the container only up to the agitator shaft (approx. 40-50% of the total volume). The cream expands while churning and needs space to circulate properly.
