The milky butter machine fj 100 c is ideal for professional and semi-professional use. The electric butter machine can process 15 to 50 liters of cream in 20 to 40 minutes.

The 100 liter stainless steel cream container is filled for the process with 15 to 50 liters of cream, but maximum up to the agitator axis. Depending on the cream temperature and fat content, this butter machine needs for one buttering process 20 and 40 minutes. Through the practical viewing window observing the progress is no problem. The automatic safety STOP prevents accidents if the lid is opened during operation. The exceptionally powerful 1100w, 230v motor allows the setting of shorter or longer buttering times via the speed control. The buttermilk is drained at the end with the separate drain cock easily, then the butter is washed and the high quality product is ready.

Application:

  1. Crucial to butter making is the preparation of the cream, as this affects the taste, aroma as well as the quality of the butter. Ideally, 2-3 days old cream stored at 5 °c - 8 °c (in summer) or 8 °c - 10 °c (in winter). This can either be processed directly with a butter machine or pasteurized before processing. We recommend pasteurization with a pasteurizer.
  2. The pre-cooled cream is warmed up again to a temperature of 12 °c - 14 °c. The cream container of the butter machine may be filled to the stirrer at the most. The longer the buttering time the better the quality of the final product. The butter is ready in 20-40 minutes, depending on the speed.
  3. The buttermilk can be removed via the drain cock. The butter is then washed with cold water, kneaded in portions with wet hands, and washed again and again until the last of the buttermilk has escaped. Portions are poured into wet butter models, making sure there are no air holes. Then the individual butter portions are cooled and whipped out of the buttermodels.
