Milky Butter machine FJ 10 - Make your own butter With the electric butter maker you can easily make your own fresh butter at home from whipped cream/cream and enjoy it. Small and handy, the FJ 10 Electric butter maker is perfectly suited for small businesses, direct marketers or for home consumption. With the Milky electric buttermilk machine, you can make small amounts of butter yourself in minutes. Fill the 10 liter stainless steel cream container with 1,5 to 3,8 liters of cream, but no more than the agitator shaft of the removable stainless steel agitator, to achieve the optimum quality. The unique, large viewing lid allows you to keep the production process under constant observation. An automatic safety STOP when opening the viewing lid during operation prevents accidents. The multi-stage 550 W, 230 V motor allows shorter or longer buttering times between 20 and 35 minutes. The separate drain tap is used to easily drain the buttermilk and wash the butter. The rubber plug must also be inserted in the lid before you start operating the machine. Never operate the butter machine without the lid on! If the butter machine does not start with the lid on, check whether the safety switch on the motor housing is actuated by the metal plate of the lid. If not, please bend it carefully until the switch is actuated. A milk centrifuge is used to skim the cow-warm milk and the skim milk obtained can be further processed into cheese, curd or yogurt. Depending on the fat content of the milk and the setting of the cream screw, between 8 % and 12 % cream is obtained. Application: To make butter yourself, you first need cream. This should have a temperature between 14 °C and 16 °C. Turn on position 4 for 20 minutes. When the butter is made, stop mixing. Then empty the buttermilk through the outlet (for cake, bread or as a healthy drink). Close the outlet with the plug and put cold water into the container, this will extend the shelf life of the butter. Start mixing for a few minutes on speed 1 or 2. Empty the excess residual liquid through the outlet into the drain. Replace the water until it is almost clear. Put the butter into a mold or container. Depending on how well the butter was washed, it will keep in the refrigerator for 1 - 3 weeks. Note: Cream or cream here always means sweet whipping cream.
