Horse oats is the typical grain and best concentrate for horses. The black oat makes horses vital, full of life and full of drive.
Agrarzone Oats are natural and unadulterated. Grown on the fertile fields of the Alpine foothills, oats are an important part of the horse's diet. Because of its pleasantly sweet taste and its high tolerance oats are very popular with horses.
Black oats contain more almond content than light oats and is therefore an even better energy supplier. It makes your horse in portions according to demand full of life and zest for action. Oats also contains many valuable minerals (magnesium, iron, calcium, potassium and phosphorus) and is rich in rich in vitamins (B, E) and trace elements (selenium, zinc).

Feeding recommendation:
For a normal large horse weighing 600 kg with a medium workload, 1-2 kg of oats per day are ideal. Ponies and less athletic horses receive correspondingly less oats, while sport horses can tolerate larger rations.
The grain takes effect approx 1-2 hours after feeding and ensures more fun and performance during training. However, if you want to take it easier, then ideally wait 2-3 hours or reduce the daily ration.
Since the grain contains a lot of phosphorus and little calcium in comparison, a nutrient-rich mineral feed is the ideal supplement.
