With an excellent power of 250 watt this milky milk centrifuge is able to separate 350 liters per hour of milk into cream and skim milk. An indispensable product if you want to process the cream into cheese, yogurt or butter afterwords.
A medium-sized floor model of a milk centrifuge with an hourly capacity of 350 liters, is only available from milky! The machine FJ 350 EAR is the only milk centrifuge in the world that achieves such values. The cream is transferred via a 22 liter stainless steel vessel and a fixing hook prevents the liquid from spilling. The electronic "slow start" function guarantees an extremely smooth and very quiet operation, despite the 250 w strong motor. The rubber feet support the high stability and almost vibration-free work and start-up. Two different anodized plate types (14 flat and 15 ribbed) prevent sticking together. Depending on the milk quality, the cream screw can be used to adjust the cream thickness to approx. 8% to 12%.
The milk and cream outlet, the container holder and the housing are made of stainless steel AISI 304. The stainless steel parts are particularly hygienic and very easy to clean. The drum specially balanced at 0 point is made of food grade and anodized (a film of 14 microns prevents rusting) aluminum.
