The milk centrifuge fj 600 ear "LONGlIFE" is characterized by enormous lenebsdauer and performance.
The name of the milk centrifuge describes it best. Thanks to the special design, the low-noise, service-free, brushless and enclosed motor, without carbons, cannot come into contact with water/milk, thus the service life is enormous. The external speed control allows infinitely variable settings to respond to different conditions, such as current fluctuations and fat content of the milk, to achieve the best final results. With the help of this powerful milk centrifuge and the "slow start" function you can centrifuge about 600 liters of milk per hour.
The cream is transferred via a 50 liters stainless steel bowl which, thanks to the fixing hook, prevents any spillage. Milk and cream outlet, inlet vessel and the housing are also made of stainless steel AISI 304, therefore it is hygienic and very easy to clean. The drum, specially balanced at 0 point, is made of food grade and anodized aluminum (a film of 14 microns prevents rusting). Two different types of plates (18 flat + 18 ribbed) prevent sticking together. With the cream screw, depending on the quality of the milk, the cream thickness can be adjusted to approx. 8% to 12%. Sturdy rubber feet ensure high stability.
