The exxeed elegance is the riding helmet for training and competition that spares you the choice between looks and protection. Beneath the shimmering Alcantara glitter top with chrome frame sits the proven hardshell shell construction of a rigid plastic outer shell and a light EPS core, which absorbs heavy impacts and spreads the energy.

It is tested to DIN EN 1384:2023, the current European standard for riding helmets. You set the fit with the uvex 3D-IAS system in width and height, and the straps meet in a quickly adjustable strap divider with synthetic leather cover. The uvex monomatic buckle opens and closes with one hand, even with gloves on. The large air channels of the all-round ventilation system keep your head dry when things heat up in the arena. Choose between black, navy and malachite; the helmet is made in Germany.

Yes. It is tested to DIN EN 1384:2023, the current European standard for riding helmets.

How do I find the right size?
Measure your head circumference horizontally above the ears and about one centimetre above the eyebrows. The value in centimetres matches the size marking: 52-55, 54-56, 56-58 or 57-59.

How do I care for the Alcantara top?
Brush off dust and horse hair with a soft brush or wipe them away with a damp cloth. Keep solvents and aggressive cleaners away from the helmet, as they attack the surface.

When does the helmet need replacing?
After every hard fall or blow to the shell, even if there is nothing to see from the outside. The EPS core deforms permanently on impact and no longer offers reliable protection afterwards.
