Size depends on your horse's head circumference: Pony for ponies, Cob for finer-headed horses, Full for warmbloods, and XFull for larger breeds. Measure your current head-collar if you're unsure.

How do I adjust the head-collar correctly?
Use the buckles on the throat and noseband to adjust the fit so the noseband sits about two fingers below the cheekbone.
