Our ground organic maize meets the strict regulations of organic livestock farming and is guaranteed GMO-free to provide you with an absolutely natural feed. Due to the careful milling process, the crushed maize kernels are much easier to digest than whole maize kernels. Maize is known to be a very good concentrate for cows with a high milk yield. The cereal grain also plays an important role in fattening, so maize ensures rapid weight gain in poultry, cattle and pigs. The tasty grains are also suitable as a small snack for rabbits, rodents & birds.

The natural cereal grain contains a lot of water, healthy carbohydrates & protein as well as a considerable amount of vitamins: Vitamin A, various B vitamins, vitamin C as well as vitamin E. Corn is also rich in minerals such as iron, potassium, calcium, sodium, phosphorus and zinc.

The high-quality single feed is carefully produced at the traditional Leimüller mill in Austria. Naturally selected raw materials and strict quality control are just as important to the family business as sourcing the natural product from the region. Thanks to a special cleaning process, the Leimüller maize is cleaned several times, absolutely dust-free and thus meets the high demands placed on organic farms.

Feeding advice:

Maize contains a lot of starch and should therefore only be added to the basic feed as a supplement. Depending on the species, max. 15% of the basic feed can be replaced by maize. For rabbits and rodents, popped maize serves as a small treat for in between meals or to feed up emaciated animals.
