The Fortissimo cage magnet from Kerbl effectively protects your cattle from injuries caused by swallowed metal objects. Its patented design with externally mounted neodymium magnets provides significantly greater attraction than conventional cage magnets with internal magnets.

Nails, wire or metal splinters hidden in feed pose a serious risk to non-selective feeding cattle: they enter the reticulum and can pierce the stomach wall. This foreign body magnet reliably captures such objects – rotation of the magnet in the stomach moves foreign bodies adhering to the outer surfaces into the large interior of the cage, where they are safely retained. This allows quick action both as a preventive measure and when a foreign body disease is suspected.
