Leimüller Squirrel Food is a healthy, species-appropriate complete food for all squirrels and Siberian chipmunks. With this tasty food, you will attract the cute forest dwellers to your vicinity, even if you do not have a nut tree in your area. The dust-free food mix can be offered to the squirrels all year round from spring to winter in the feed house or food dispenser.

The balanced food mix for squirrels contains everything that is good for squirrels: different types of cereals, hazelnuts, seeds, sultanas, carrots, rose hips, banana chips and protein-rich mealworms. The mealworms contained are a special delicacy and at the same time provide the squirrels with valuable animal proteins during the cold season. The quality food does not contain any cheap peanuts, as these mould easily and do not occur in the squirrels' natural food supply.

The special food is carefully produced in Austria by the family business Leimüller, cleaned several times and carefully filled in robust, environmentally friendly feed sacks. With this year-round food, you can be sure that only the best raw materials from the region are used.

Why support squirrels all year round?

Squirrels do not hibernate and - like other wild animals - generally find it difficult to find enough food in winter. It is particularly difficult when the ground freezes, then the squirrels can no longer reach their buried nuts.

With a squirrel feeder, which is best offered to the squirrels all year round in a higher-lying feeder or food dispenser, you help the animals to build up a stockpile for the winter and to get through the cold season well. In spring and summer, help the squirrels raise their young.
