This flexible emergency wolf fence set has sensational herding security thanks to 500 m wolf fence + additional 1000 m pasture fence strand. Set up a sturdy 500 m mobile wolf fence or electrify an existing fence. Ideal also for heavy Vegetation!
It is becoming more and more necessary to protect sheep, goats and other livestock from wolves, as they have been settling more and more in European forests for some time. Our wolf fence emergency set is perfect as a preventive measure as well as an effective protective fence after a wolf attack. The set includes everything that is important for effective herd protection. The fence is easily erected in no time at all and is immediately ready for use! The wolf emergency set for sheep, goats, etc. enables you as a sheep farmer to electrify an already existing fence or to install a new mobile sheep net fence. Simple, effective and inexpensive!
The electric fence is powered by a high-impact pasture fence unit. You can operate the DUO unit both stationary with 230 V and especially flexible mobile with 12 V battery. To ensure that the power supply is guaranteed in the case of battery operation, the emergency set contains two batteries and a charger. Thanks to the wide range of possible uses, a 25 watt solar module can also be connected to the grazing unit if required. This makes it ideal for stationary operation during the main grazing season as well as for mobile use on temporary grazing areas.
The 500 m sheep net included in the scope of delivery is 90 cm high and is held by 140 plastic stakes with double tips. This double tip provides more stability in earthy & sandy soils compared to a single tip. Of the ten plastic strands, the top nine are live. The bottom strand is not live so as not to interrupt the flow of current through grasses. The sheep net has particularly narrow meshes that make it even more difficult for your animals to escape and keep off attackers such as wolves. The comprehensive set also includes 120 fence stakes for attaching the fence strands. Thanks to netting and additional electrification with 2-row pasture fence strand, you have an effective current flow even with higher Vegetation.
To offer your animals even more grazing area, you can easily extend the sheep net with other wolf nets and pasture strands. Optimum current flow is also ensured when several electronic nets and strands are strung together up to a maximum length of approx. 600 m (without vegetation).
Note: The delivery does not include battery acid. 8x battery acid 1 litre type 1.28 are required.
