Feeding instructions:
Feed to animals only in moderation, as a small treat. Maximum 5% of the total feed requirement. Do not use in inflammatory kidney diseases and pregnant animals, also not for budgies, rodents & cats. Do not overdose juniper and use for a maximum of 4 weeks, otherwise kidney damage, stomach pain, vomiting or increased urination may occur. If you have any questions about use, ask your vet or therapist for advice.
- Cattle: 50-80 g juniper berries/day
- Horses: 20-45 g, for horses for purification a maximum of 10 berries per day.
- Pigs, sheep and goats: 5-8 g
- Dogs: 1-2.5 g
- Chickens: 0.2-0.4 g
- Birds: year-round feeding possible, simply mix with wild bird feed.
