The River flea Shrimp (Gammarus fossarum) is a native freshwater shrimp. They are a natural, dried supplementary food for birds, hamsters, mice and rats, as well as pond and ornamental fish. But turtles and reptiles also enjoy stream crayfish. This crayfish is rich in protein (approx. 50%) and also has a notable fat content (approx. 8%).In addition, the healthy crayfish contain many valuable vitamins and minerals.
