The population of otters has increased significantly in our region, leading to conflicts with hobby and professional fishermen as well as pond keepers of farmed and ornamental fish. Especially in winter, when the waters are poor in fish, the otters increasingly go on the prowl in hobby garden ponds or in the ponds of fish farms, causing massive damage. With this electrified otter fence complete set for pond and garden, you as a lover or breeder of ornamental fish and farmed fish no longer have to worry about the safety of your pond inhabitants. The complete set contains everything for effective pond fencing and otter repellent. The components of this set have been carefully selected and put together exclusively for you. The complete otter defence set is suitable for protecting your pond from pond predators as well as for fencing off your property from e.g. dogs, cats, martens, wild hares and foxes.

The set includes 250 m of pasture fence strands and 20 highly stable fibreglass posts with separate insulators for attaching the strands. The fence strands are electrified with a 230 V electric fence power supply unit. This gives you unlimited herding time with heavy vegetation. Equipped with a function control LED, you can always keep an eye on the device function and fence voltage. Equipped with further accessories such as ground rod, ground & fence connection cable, warning sign, etc. you have everything you need for a quick installation of your electric fence.

Note: This heron set is designed for approx. 50 m fence length (with 4-row fencing). If necessary, you can easily extend the heron fence with further pasture fence wires. To reduce the risk of lightning damage to the electric fence unit, we recommend that you use an external lightning protection.
