Ca-PILL Calcium Bolus for Dairy Cows After Calving
The Ca-PILL calcium bolus from Vuxxx supports targeted calcium supply directly after calving and is suitable for all cows from the second calving onwards, since calcium demand rises with age. Unlike many conventional boluses, Ca-PILL contains no calcium chloride but relies on calcium acetate derived from a natural rumen acid.
The high calcium concentration means blood calcium levels have been shown to rise within 1 to 24 hours after administration. For everyday use on your farm, give 2 boli on the day of calving and 2 more the following day – ideally with a suitable bolus applicator. Keep Ca-PILL in stock so you can react quickly at calving time.
