The AKO Power Shock B 500 Plus is a high-output 9V electric fence energiser designed for mobile use on large horse and cattle pastures with little vegetation. The 9,000 V battery unit delivers 0.5 joules of discharge energy, making it ideal for long fence lines. It's also suitable for herding pigs, chickens and cats, or for repelling herons.
The AUTO mode automatically adjusts output power to fence length and condition, keeping power consumption low while maintaining reliable containment. Impact strength can be manually adjusted across 5 levels, and a multi-level coloured LED bar shows fence power at a glance, while a separate display monitors battery status. The rugged, weatherproof housing with ergonomic carry handle was purpose-built for field use, and an optional 12V connection (adapter cable required, not included) allows operation with a wet battery up to max. 0.6 joules.

Made from hot-dip galvanised T-steel, it is exceptionally robust and weather-resistant, making it ideal for permanent outdoor use.
