Questions & answers:
Why acorns as a scent for wild boar?
In autumn, acorns are one of the boar's favourite mast foods. That familiar scent therefore appeals to them particularly reliably.
How often do I need to spray again?
Liquid scents fade faster than thick attractants such as beech tar. So refresh the scent regularly, especially after rain.
What do I need to consider when baiting wild boar?
Baiting wild boar is usually permitted, but the states or provinces set the quantity and number of bait sites. In Baden-Württemberg, for example, no more than one litre of bait is allowed per bait site.
