Vital Teat for FixClip Valve: healthy calves through natural suckling

The Vital Teat is specifically designed for the Kerbl FixClip valve and lets calves follow their natural suckling behaviour when drinking. Thanks to its shape and rubber material, calves have to suck more slowly and with more effort than with standard teats – exactly what satisfies their natural urge to suckle.

Because the suckling urge is better satisfied, mutual suckling between calves in the barn is noticeably reduced. At the same time, the extra effort increases saliva production, which supports digestion and healthy development. The curved tip of the teat also prevents milk from dripping and being wasted.
