Light to tack up, versatile to ride: Wintec WintecLite HART General Purpose Saddle with CAIR
The WintecLite HART general purpose saddle weighs only approx. 4 kg, making it much lighter than a traditional leather saddle. It is at home in schooling, over small fences, in flatwork and out on a hack. The CAIR air cushions inside the soft panels adapt to your horse's back muscles and spread your weight evenly.
It comes fitted with a black gullet plate in gullet width 30 (Medium), suitable for average backs. With the EASY-CHANGE system you can swap gullet plates and risers yourself and adjust the saddle to your horse's back and balance. The Elastiflex tree flexes with the horse's movement, while the deep seat gives you a secure position. The synthetic material is weatherproof and needs neither oil nor saddle soap.

Questions & answers:
Which gullet plate is fitted to the saddle?
The saddle comes with a black gullet plate in gullet width 30 (Medium), which suits average backs. Use the WINTEC measuring template to find out which gullet plate your horse needs, then change it yourself with the EASY-CHANGE system. For broader backs there are the wide WINTEC models with a lilac gullet plate in gullet width 36. Wide gullet plates (light lilac to purple) may only be fitted to wide saddles.
How do I care for the WintecLite saddle?
Simply wipe it down with a damp cloth. Unlike leather, the synthetic material needs no oil or saddle soap and copes well with rain.
What does HART mean on a Wintec saddle?
HART stands for Horse And Rider Technology. It covers the Elastiflex tree, the CAIR cushion system and the EASY-CHANGE system for gullet plates and risers.
