The WINTEC EASY-CHANGE Gullet Plate Kit lets you adjust the width of your saddle's gullet to fit your horse's withers precisely – no saddler required. Designed for Wintec and Bates saddles with the WIDE Elastiflex tree, it's ideal when your horse's shape changes through training or condition. This saves you money on professional refitting while keeping your horse comfortable.

Changing the gullet plate takes just a few minutes with a screwdriver: measure your horse with the included Easy Measure gullet gauge, swap the plate in the saddle head, and screw it in place. The four colour-coded gullet plates (1XW to 4XW) are heat-tempered and fully rigid, so they hold their shape even with regular changes – perfect if you ride several horses or your horse is still developing.
